Beech bonanza pilot inadvertently flew through P49 tfr airspace during a VFR cross country resulting in a military intercept and learning after flight that the prohibited area had been temporarily expanded further causing their penetration.

Narrative:

We are aware of the prohibited area P49 and are conscious of staying clear of it. This time the area size increased and heightened unknown to me. We were aware when a fighter intercepted us and quite close I might add. I feel the prohibited area should remain one size at all times to prevent these things from happening.

Narrative: WE ARE AWARE OF THE PROHIBITED AREA P49 AND ARE CONSCIOUS OF STAYING CLR OF IT. THIS TIME THE AREA SIZE INCREASED AND HEIGHTENED UNKNOWN TO ME. WE WERE AWARE WHEN A FIGHTER INTERCEPTED US AND QUITE CLOSE I MIGHT ADD. I FEEL THE PROHIBITED AREA SHOULD REMAIN ONE SIZE AT ALL TIMES TO PREVENT THESE THINGS FROM HAPPENING.
