Narrative:

Fire alarm during boarding, smelled metallic smoke, saw light smoke lingering at galley ceiling. Flight attendants in forward galley smelled it also. Captain advised by me, and he advised passenger to deplane. Source not detected, symptoms ceased after power down. I smelled again with 2 flight attendants at mid-cabin when power returned. We then deplaned.
