Intermittent 'left 14TH duct' and aural 'bleed air duct.' accomplished checklist then continuous warning. As per checklist, secured left engine. Contacted dispatcher and verified cvg nearest suitable airport. Landed, no further incident. Declared emergency with ATC. Noticed previous day in maintenance log that a write-up and corrective action concerning this same 'left 14TH duct' had been performed. Repeat write-up.

CONTACTED DISPATCHER AND VERIFIED CVG NEAREST SUITABLE ARPT. LANDED, NO FURTHER INCIDENT. DECLARED EMER WITH ATC.
