Narrative:

Both air carrier X and air carrier Y airlines file incorrect equipment suffixes on certain flight plans: all air carrier X bulk-stored flight plans are filed '/X.' all air carrier Y inter-island flts are filed '/Y' (those that are manually filed by air carrier Y dispatch). This may seem like a small thing to complain about, but where do we draw the line? I have brought this to the attention of pilots and both dispatch offices, and complained verbally and in writing to FAA management, but at least 6 months have passed with no reaction.
