Narrative:
Flaps not extending. Ferrying aircraft to ZZZ where it had been worked on for flaps failing to extend. We were on approach and unable to extend flaps via normal means. Alternate flaps extension was successful and we declared emergency and landed uneventfully. Pulled voice recorder circuit breaker.
