Narrative:
I was taxiing out at montgomery field. I taxied straight out to taxiway H. Upon taxiway H, I made a right turn toward taxiway a. At or near the intersection with taxiway C, my right wingtip contacted the radome of an improperly parked merlin ii. My position was toward the right side of taxiway H. This was because there are no center-mounted taxi lights on this aircraft. I was looking for the taxiway centerline. This line here is very faint. There is no lighting of any kind in this area. In the event, I became aware of a sudden loom or the seemingly increased brightness of my right wingtip lights (taxi and navigation). Peering to my right, I became aware of a dark colored aircraft nose at my right wingtip. My right wingtip had contacted the radome. The merlin ii was parked facing taxiway H. My wingtip had sustained no damage. Airport emergency personnel and a witness responded to the scene. Emergency personnel and the witness helped me push the aircraft apart. Since there was no damage to my aircraft, I subsequently flew home.

Title: A CE560V CPR PLT HAS A WINGTIP STRIKE ON A PARKED MERLIN II WHICH APPEARED TO BE PARKED TOO CLOSE TO THE TXWY CLRNC LINE AT MYF, CA.
Narrative: I WAS TAXIING OUT AT MONTGOMERY FIELD. I TAXIED STRAIGHT OUT TO TXWY H. UPON TXWY H, I MADE A R TURN TOWARD TXWY A. AT OR NEAR THE INTXN WITH TXWY C, MY R WINGTIP CONTACTED THE RADOME OF AN IMPROPERLY PARKED MERLIN II. MY POS WAS TOWARD THE R SIDE OF TXWY H. THIS WAS BECAUSE THERE ARE NO CTR-MOUNTED TAXI LIGHTS ON THIS ACFT. I WAS LOOKING FOR THE TXWY CTRLINE. THIS LINE HERE IS VERY FAINT. THERE IS NO LIGHTING OF ANY KIND IN THIS AREA. IN THE EVENT, I BECAME AWARE OF A SUDDEN LOOM OR THE SEEMINGLY INCREASED BRIGHTNESS OF MY R WINGTIP LIGHTS (TAXI AND NAV). PEERING TO MY R, I BECAME AWARE OF A DARK COLORED ACFT NOSE AT MY R WINGTIP. MY R WINGTIP HAD CONTACTED THE RADOME. THE MERLIN II WAS PARKED FACING TXWY H. MY WINGTIP HAD SUSTAINED NO DAMAGE. ARPT EMER PERSONNEL AND A WITNESS RESPONDED TO THE SCENE. EMER PERSONNEL AND THE WITNESS HELPED ME PUSH THE ACFT APART. SINCE THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO MY ACFT, I SUBSEQUENTLY FLEW HOME.
