Narrative:
After landing at den, taxied south on taxiway M. Contacted ramp control and we were cleared via sc to the ramp. As we turned right from taxiway M to sc, a metroliner turned left from sa onto taxiway left, right in front of us. The captain performed an emergency stop to keep from hitting the metroliner. Both aircraft had taxi and navigation lights on. We asked ramp control who the metroliner was that just cut in front of us and ramp control responded that he wasn't talking to him, that maybe was talking to ground. Supplemental information from acn 536934: ramp control said that the metroliner was no longer on his frequency.
