Narrative:

I was in a C150 on my departure out of stillwater. I was pitched up, at about 2500 ft, monitoring the CTAF and self-announcing my position (takeoff, climb out, and my departing sbound). The other aircraft was not communicating on the CTAF. He was headed at me from the right side, and was lower than me, and appeared to be in a climb. I did not see him until he was about 100-150 ft away from me. Almost as soon as I saw him, he was in a steep turn to his left (towards my tail). I pulled into a steeper climb and maintained my bank, to aid in separating us. I feel that had the other aircraft been self announcing his position, as he was just south of the departure end of a busy GA uncontrolled field, this situation could have been avoided.

Title: C150 PLT AND PA28 PLT HAD AN NMAC IN ZKC CLASS E AIRSPACE.

Narrative: I WAS IN A C150 ON MY DEP OUT OF STILLWATER. I WAS PITCHED UP, AT ABOUT 2500 FT, MONITORING THE CTAF AND SELF-ANNOUNCING MY POS (TKOF, CLBOUT, AND MY DEPARTING SBOUND). THE OTHER ACFT WAS NOT COMMUNICATING ON THE CTAF. HE WAS HEADED AT ME FROM THE R SIDE, AND WAS LOWER THAN ME, AND APPEARED TO BE IN A CLB. I DID NOT SEE HIM UNTIL HE WAS ABOUT 100-150 FT AWAY FROM ME. ALMOST AS SOON AS I SAW HIM, HE WAS IN A STEEP TURN TO HIS L (TOWARDS MY TAIL). I PULLED INTO A STEEPER CLB AND MAINTAINED MY BANK, TO AID IN SEPARATING US. I FEEL THAT HAD THE OTHER ACFT BEEN SELF ANNOUNCING HIS POS, AS HE WAS JUST S OF THE DEP END OF A BUSY GA UNCTLED FIELD, THIS SIT COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED.
