Narrative:
After parking at gate xx in cun and completion of parking checklist, guideman assured me all wheels chocked, released brakes to facilitate brake cooling during short 'TA.' approximately 8-9 mins later noticed aircraft had moved rearward approximately 8 inches. Upon inspection discovered very slippery ramp area at gate xx due to recent resurfacing. The pavement was not wet. No damage to aircraft or ground equipment. Received a message to other cun crews regarding ramp condition.
