Narrative:
I was flying right closed traffic for wy 26R at brackett airport. After several trips around the pattern, I was downwind nearing the approach end of the runway. At that time, I was cleared #1 for the option on runway 26R. A few seconds later, the tower called my base turn fairly close in. I made a fairly steep turn while starting an immediate descent. Just after completing the turn, the tower called for me to extend my base leg and land on runway 26L. I acknowledged, and started to reduce my descent rate. At that time, I saw the cessna on final for runway 26R pass just ahead of and below me. I don't believe that the cessna pilot ever saw me. We both made normal lndgs on our respective runways.

Title: GRUMMAN AA1 ROLLED OUT OF BASE LEG TURN, AND JUST REQUESTED BY TWR TO EXTEND BASE LEG TO THE L PARALLEL RWY, WHEN HE OBSERVED A CESSNA BELOW AND AHEAD OF HIM HEADING TO THE R PARALLEL RWY. NO TIME FOR EVASIVE ACTION. HOWEVER, THE TWR CTLR HAD ALREADY PROVIDED SEPARATION.
Narrative: I WAS FLYING R CLOSED TFC FOR WY 26R AT BRACKETT ARPT. AFTER SEVERAL TRIPS AROUND THE PATTERN, I WAS DOWNWIND NEARING THE APCH END OF THE RWY. AT THAT TIME, I WAS CLRED #1 FOR THE OPTION ON RWY 26R. A FEW SECONDS LATER, THE TWR CALLED MY BASE TURN FAIRLY CLOSE IN. I MADE A FAIRLY STEEP TURN WHILE STARTING AN IMMEDIATE DSCNT. JUST AFTER COMPLETING THE TURN, THE TWR CALLED FOR ME TO EXTEND MY BASE LEG AND LAND ON RWY 26L. I ACKNOWLEDGED, AND STARTED TO REDUCE MY DSCNT RATE. AT THAT TIME, I SAW THE CESSNA ON FINAL FOR RWY 26R PASS JUST AHEAD OF AND BELOW ME. I DON'T BELIEVE THAT THE CESSNA PLT EVER SAW ME. WE BOTH MADE NORMAL LNDGS ON OUR RESPECTIVE RWYS.
