Narrative:

We were cleared for a night visual approach to runway 7 in jax flown by the captain. We were level at 2000 ft with approach mode armed. We intercepted the GS from below and the localizer outside of dinns. A stabilized approach was flown by the captain. The callouts starting at 50 ft were evenly paced and the touchdown was smooth. Autobrakes 1 were used and the spoilers autodeployed. We heard 1 'pop' sound after touchdown and received the 'tailskid' EICAS message and the discrete 'tailskid' light. The flight attendants from the aft of the aircraft called us to say they heard a noise on landing and that it felt like the tail scraped the runway. A walkaround inspection revealed the tailskid bumper plate missing with no other external damage evident.
