Narrative:
On second touch and go landing plane veered to left, went off runway into dirt, heading for taxiway, applied full right rudder, tried to turn plane to right to miss approaching cessna 172 on taxiway, hit left wing of my aircraft, hit left wing of taxiing aircraft. No injuries to persons on either aircraft. I should have given full power, when the aircraft started off runway, to go around.
