Narrative:
At approximately 500 ft AGL, a bird strike occurred on the outboard right wing. We immediately initiated plans to return to the field. Upon further inspection on downwind, a major fuel leak was discovered and an emergency was declared. We landed and deplaned aircraft on taxiway C without incident.
