Narrative:

I had field conditions for grr and it reported all txwys had 1/2 inch patchy snow and ice. Ground controller told us to taxi to runway 26L, with no specific taxi instructions. I taxied via victor across runway 17/35. On the east side of the runway, taxiway V was unplowed. The nosewheel went into 6-7 inches of hard packed snow. The aircraft became stuck. There was no damage to the airplane, but passenger had to be deplaned. I believe this could have been prevented if the ground controller would have told us to taxi via certain txwys that were plowed. Or if the ATIS would have listed the txwys that were plowed or unplowed.
