Narrative:
Passenger moving around cabin talking to other passenger. 2 hours later taking pictures of sleeping woman (more than 1). 30 mins later he entered aft right hand lavatory. Smoke alarm went off. Flight attendant #3 pounded on lavatory door. After 20 seconds he opened the door. She found loose tobacco, paper towels and used matches in the toilet. I had the halon ready to fight a possible fire in lavatory. Flight attendant #3 told passenger (male) to remain in his seat for the remainder of flight and gave him the passenger misconduct form. He questioned 'what are you going to do now?' cockpit was notified of all going on.

Title: PAX DOING OTHER UNUSUAL THINGS IS RESTR TO HIS SEAT AFTER HE WAS FOUND TO BE SMOKING IN THE LAVATORY.
Narrative: PAX MOVING AROUND CABIN TALKING TO OTHER PAX. 2 HRS LATER TAKING PICTURES OF SLEEPING WOMAN (MORE THAN 1). 30 MINS LATER HE ENTERED AFT R HAND LAVATORY. SMOKE ALARM WENT OFF. FLT ATTENDANT #3 POUNDED ON LAVATORY DOOR. AFTER 20 SECONDS HE OPENED THE DOOR. SHE FOUND LOOSE TOBACCO, PAPER TOWELS AND USED MATCHES IN THE TOILET. I HAD THE HALON READY TO FIGHT A POSSIBLE FIRE IN LAVATORY. FLT ATTENDANT #3 TOLD PAX (MALE) TO REMAIN IN HIS SEAT FOR THE REMAINDER OF FLT AND GAVE HIM THE PAX MISCONDUCT FORM. HE QUESTIONED 'WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO NOW?' COCKPIT WAS NOTIFIED OF ALL GOING ON.
