Narrative:

Military aircraft inbound to dfw airspace with flight plans proposed out of dfw's airspace with the same call sign will not pass NAS to ARTS. The 'RF' function will not work, thereby forcing a manual handoff. This increases workload and in sits when the controller is busy, could lead to airspace violations. Automation should be able to create a patch that will allow these aircraft to handoff properly.
