Narrative:
Aircraft brakes inadvertently released and aircraft nose crossed hold short line while waiting for takeoff. Caused by inattention and distraction. Supplemental information from acn 540904: taxiing to takeoff the captain let the nose of the aircraft cross over the hold short line. There was no other traffic, and we advised tower of the crossover. Tower then cleared us into position for takeoff.

Title: A DC9 CREW, TAXIING FOR TKOF AT OMA, TAXIED PAST THE HOLD SHORT LINE.
Narrative: ACFT BRAKES INADVERTENTLY RELEASED AND ACFT NOSE CROSSED HOLD SHORT LINE WHILE WAITING FOR TKOF. CAUSED BY INATTENTION AND DISTR. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 540904: TAXIING TO TKOF THE CAPT LET THE NOSE OF THE ACFT CROSS OVER THE HOLD SHORT LINE. THERE WAS NO OTHER TFC, AND WE ADVISED TWR OF THE CROSSOVER. TWR THEN CLRED US INTO POS FOR TKOF.
