Narrative:
On departure out of las airport it is possible we had a stuck microphone. We were chewed out by las departure, but we had no indication of a stuck microphone (A-319 has an ECAM warning at approximately 3 mins). Possible correctives: make the ECAM warning after 1 min or have a light or indication on pfd while transmitting.
