Narrative:
We were warned of severe turbulence to occur at a certain time frame. We were ready and in our seats for approximately 40 mins, passenger had been checked. Some passenger did get up regardless of our warnings. Some were sick and needed the restroom or wanted air sickness bags which were not in seat pockets of many seats! PA's to passenger need to be made standardized for this occurrence when you have been warned of it. They need to know the dangers involved if they get up, and why we are strapped in.
