Narrative:

Sbound CRJ2 was level at FL330 and reported that his TCASII had activated with an advisory for an aircraft at 1 O'clock position and he asked if I had any traffic for him. I replied 'negative' and told him that the nearest aircraft was at his 2-3 O'clock position at 15 mi (and headed nebound, behind the sbound crj). The closest that the 2 aircraft were to each other would have been 13-15 mi. The pilots on the crj did not change course or altitude as a result of the alert.
