Narrative:

On mar/sun/02, while en route from ism to evy, I diverted my malibu (PA46-310) into emv (empire, va) for a fuel stop. The lineman fueler filled each wing tank with 20 gals each of jet a instead of av gas. I did not catch it on preflight, the sumps appeared to drain with av gas and visual inspection through the fill caps showed no fuel since I was filling with a light load due to maximum gross weight reasons. Therefore I could not touch the fuel at the fill point to determine proper fueling. On run-up, the magnetos checked ok as did the propeller. But on takeoff roll, the RPM's were low and the manifold pressure were low. I aborted the takeoff. Upon return to the FBO, I ascertained that we had been mis-fueled. In my opinion, the engine was not developing sufficient power to get out of ground effect, and I could have crashed if I had continued the takeoff.

Title: PA46 PLT ABORTS TKOF DUE TO LOW RPM AND MANIFOLD PRESSURE CAUSED BY IMPROPER REFUELING WITH JET FUEL.
