Narrative:

I thought I descended A319 to FL250, but after review of the tape I had descended A319 to FL240. I did not realize this till A319 started to descend through FL250. B190 was at FL240. I tried to stop A319 at FL250 and turned A319 to a 260 degree heading, but at this point there was already loss of separation.
