Narrative:
After landing at ZZZ, I was informed that the local military had called requesting that I call them. He asked if I was aware that I had violated his restr airspace. I replied 'no' and that the vectors we received from XXX approach should have kept us to the west of the restr area. His reply was 'so you were on a flight plan' I replied 'yes', we were IFR in IMC conditions and were with XXX approach. He replied 'ok, that is all I need to know' I did not ask him exactly how or where he thought we had penetrated the restr area, or if this was an incident that would be pursued by the FAA. The tfr was shown in the NOTAMS as the ZZZ VOR YYY degree radial, X NM, 3 NM radius. XXX approach had given us vectors to the ZZZ WWW degree radial, which we intercepted and tracked to the VOR for the full VOR DME approach to runway xx. It appears that this should have kept us west and southwest of the tfr area.

Title: AN ALLEGED UNAUTH PENETRATION OF A TFR NEAR A RESTR AREA BY A FALCON 20 FLC NEAR ZZZ, US.
Narrative: AFTER LNDG AT ZZZ, I WAS INFORMED THAT THE LOCAL MILITARY HAD CALLED REQUESTING THAT I CALL THEM. HE ASKED IF I WAS AWARE THAT I HAD VIOLATED HIS RESTR AIRSPACE. I REPLIED 'NO' AND THAT THE VECTORS WE RECEIVED FROM XXX APCH SHOULD HAVE KEPT US TO THE WEST OF THE RESTR AREA. HIS REPLY WAS 'SO YOU WERE ON A FLT PLAN' I REPLIED 'YES', WE WERE IFR IN IMC CONDITIONS AND WERE WITH XXX APCH. HE REPLIED 'OK, THAT IS ALL I NEED TO KNOW' I DID NOT ASK HIM EXACTLY HOW OR WHERE HE THOUGHT WE HAD PENETRATED THE RESTR AREA, OR IF THIS WAS AN INCIDENT THAT WOULD BE PURSUED BY THE FAA. THE TFR WAS SHOWN IN THE NOTAMS AS THE ZZZ VOR YYY DEG RADIAL, X NM, 3 NM RADIUS. XXX APCH HAD GIVEN US VECTORS TO THE ZZZ WWW DEG RADIAL, WHICH WE INTERCEPTED AND TRACKED TO THE VOR FOR THE FULL VOR DME APCH TO RWY XX. IT APPEARS THAT THIS SHOULD HAVE KEPT US W AND SW OF THE TFR AREA.
