Narrative:

Passenger smoking in lav. Flight attendant #2 confronted her as she came out. Passenger denied at first then admitted it and apologized. Lead agent came down and talked to passenger and crew and it was agreed to let her board, but move to last row so we could keep an eye on her. As she was getting bags down, she said 'I will see you all in heaven', and went to seat. No flight crew was around to her, but passenger heard and freaked. They came and told us. Captain ordered everyone off including passenger who said it and searched plane. She wasn't let on. I heard through passenger she was let on another flight. If that is true, it was embarrassing to hear that from passenger and made company look not so professional. Everything was handled great (except that) between entire crew, cockpit, agents, and managers.
