Narrative:
This concerns the VMB11A arrival procedure into zspd, pudong airport, shanghai china. This is depicted on the commercial VMB11A arrival plate. This VMB11A was in our flight plan and the FMS database. We were flying this arrival precisely as show when shanghai approach began to give us vectors and directions toward the pkndb informing us we were not flying the arrival correctly. We informed them our chart did not show pk NDB as part of the arrival. Our chart is the most current commercial plate. They either have a new arrival coming out that isn't published yet or are operating under some other procedure we are unaware of.

Title: A 'WDB' CREW, ON ARR TO SHANGHAI, PR OF CHINA (ZSPD), WERE INFORMED BY APCH CTL, THEY WERE NOT FLYING THE ARR CORRECTLY.
Narrative: THIS CONCERNS THE VMB11A ARR PROCEDURE INTO ZSPD, PUDONG ARPT, SHANGHAI CHINA. THIS IS DEPICTED ON THE COMMERCIAL VMB11A ARR PLATE. THIS VMB11A WAS IN OUR FLT PLAN AND THE FMS DATABASE. WE WERE FLYING THIS ARR PRECISELY AS SHOW WHEN SHANGHAI APCH BEGAN TO GIVE US VECTORS AND DIRECTIONS TOWARD THE PKNDB INFORMING US WE WERE NOT FLYING THE ARR CORRECTLY. WE INFORMED THEM OUR CHART DID NOT SHOW PK NDB AS PART OF THE ARR. OUR CHART IS THE MOST CURRENT COMMERCIAL PLATE. THEY EITHER HAVE A NEW ARR COMING OUT THAT ISN'T PUBLISHED YET OR ARE OPERATING UNDER SOME OTHER PROCEDURE WE ARE UNAWARE OF.
