Narrative:
I was departing enw after tower was closed. ATIS was reporting 'tower is closed, report all movements on CTAF 118.6, milwaukee departure is monitoring tower frequency' or words to that effect. I could hear departure's xmissions. I clicked on the lights using pilot controled lighting, announced taxi to runway 32 on CTAF. No response or comment was heard. After run-up, I announced 'kenosha traffic, cardinal xyz departing runway 32, southwest departure.' no response heard. Departed normally. I was aware of a heightened sense of awareness for conflicting traffic as there are many runways at enw and winds were light. At about 50 ft I noticed the lights of a vehicle on the taxiway at the departure end of runway 6L, pointed away from me. The departure end of runway 6L is not visible from the departure end of runway 32 or for some distance up the runway. The tower and terrain are in between. As I crossed the intersection of runway 32 and runway 6L, on runway heading (320 degrees) I saw the lights pull onto the runway and immediately accelerate. It was clear at that point that it was an aircraft. I turned to a heading of approximately 270 degrees, observed that it was a small jet and watched it depart. He passed through my altitude, headed the opposite direction, before I had passed the airport boundary. On the CTAF, I heard departure talking to the lear 31 as a departure from kenosha with a position matching that of the jet I watched depart. At no time did I hear anyone but departure on tower frequency.

Title: POTENTIAL CONFLICT BTWN 2 VFR DEPS FROM A NON TWR ARPT DURING A NIGHT OP AT ENW, WI.
Narrative: I WAS DEPARTING ENW AFTER TWR WAS CLOSED. ATIS WAS RPTING 'TWR IS CLOSED, RPT ALL MOVEMENTS ON CTAF 118.6, MILWAUKEE DEP IS MONITORING TWR FREQ' OR WORDS TO THAT EFFECT. I COULD HEAR DEP'S XMISSIONS. I CLICKED ON THE LIGHTS USING PLT CTLED LIGHTING, ANNOUNCED TAXI TO RWY 32 ON CTAF. NO RESPONSE OR COMMENT WAS HEARD. AFTER RUN-UP, I ANNOUNCED 'KENOSHA TFC, CARDINAL XYZ DEPARTING RWY 32, SW DEP.' NO RESPONSE HEARD. DEPARTED NORMALLY. I WAS AWARE OF A HEIGHTENED SENSE OF AWARENESS FOR CONFLICTING TFC AS THERE ARE MANY RWYS AT ENW AND WINDS WERE LIGHT. AT ABOUT 50 FT I NOTICED THE LIGHTS OF A VEHICLE ON THE TXWY AT THE DEP END OF RWY 6L, POINTED AWAY FROM ME. THE DEP END OF RWY 6L IS NOT VISIBLE FROM THE DEP END OF RWY 32 OR FOR SOME DISTANCE UP THE RWY. THE TWR AND TERRAIN ARE IN BTWN. AS I CROSSED THE INTXN OF RWY 32 AND RWY 6L, ON RWY HDG (320 DEGS) I SAW THE LIGHTS PULL ONTO THE RWY AND IMMEDIATELY ACCELERATE. IT WAS CLR AT THAT POINT THAT IT WAS AN ACFT. I TURNED TO A HDG OF APPROX 270 DEGS, OBSERVED THAT IT WAS A SMALL JET AND WATCHED IT DEPART. HE PASSED THROUGH MY ALT, HEADED THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, BEFORE I HAD PASSED THE ARPT BOUNDARY. ON THE CTAF, I HEARD DEP TALKING TO THE LEAR 31 AS A DEP FROM KENOSHA WITH A POS MATCHING THAT OF THE JET I WATCHED DEPART. AT NO TIME DID I HEAR ANYONE BUT DEP ON TWR FREQ.
