Narrative:
Upon landing mco, all main gear brakes were locked (parking brake not on). First officer was initially flying but xferred control as aircraft became increasingly difficult to control with limited deflection of nose gear available to him. We managed to keep the aircraft on the runway, however, the skidding was so extreme as to cause considerable doubt for a few seconds. No fire ensued -- there were no injuries.

Title: EMB120 CREW LANDED THE ACFT AND FOUND THAT ALL THE BRAKES LOCKED.
Narrative: UPON LNDG MCO, ALL MAIN GEAR BRAKES WERE LOCKED (PARKING BRAKE NOT ON). FO WAS INITIALLY FLYING BUT XFERRED CTL AS ACFT BECAME INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO CTL WITH LIMITED DEFLECTION OF NOSE GEAR AVAILABLE TO HIM. WE MANAGED TO KEEP THE ACFT ON THE RWY, HOWEVER, THE SKIDDING WAS SO EXTREME AS TO CAUSE CONSIDERABLE DOUBT FOR A FEW SECONDS. NO FIRE ENSUED -- THERE WERE NO INJURIES.
