Narrative:

Returned to gate in las because of a strange, foul odor. I was #3 and did not notice anything during boarding (I was by 2L). We taxied out and #1 and #3 noticed it. Returned to gate after 1 hour. Mechanics ok'ed plane. About 1 hour out, I went up to galley at 2R. I noticed a very strong odor. Also, passenger complained. #1 and #3 had notified cockpit and evidently it was bad in cockpit. Captain came on PA and said we were landing as soon as possible in abq. We descended very rapidly and it was very turbulent. Firefighters met the flight.
