Narrative:

Departing without a security check slip. Location-phl. Sign-in XA40. Had same aircraft that we brought in the night before. Inspected the logbook and thought the security slip was there. Did full preflight. During the final cockpit preparation, had many interruptions from gate agents due to armed passenger with prisoner and immigration people with deportees. After preflight completed, flight plan would not uplink and a full route clearance was copied and manually inserted. I feel I should have more carefully checked the slip I mistook for a security check. And when responding to, 'flight forms and logbook' in checklist, I should physically touch them again. This has never been a problem in the past.
