Narrative:
On descent, we heard a loud bang. We thought it was a cargo bin shifting in forward cargo. All indications of pressurization, hydraulics, and engine were normal. No EICAS messages or other warning at all. On postflt, found the left air conditioning pack door missing. The event occurred approximately 1/2 way between jvl VOR and vikng intersection and between approximately FL240 and FL200.
