Narrative:
Passenger seated in main cabin had special dietary needs, gluten free. Offered choice of 3 entrees. Passenger did not bring any food for dietary needs, did not order special meal which airline makes available to all passenger. Passenger given entree and tray set-up, called to flight attendant who was at row 40. Passenger proceeded to throw entire tray set-up and hot entree, hitting flight attendant and getting 15 passenger scalded and burned from entree. Passenger had many drugs to take. Passenger became irate, screaming so all passenger behind her, approximately 50, became scared and thought flight attendant was being assaulted as part of a hijacking. Passenger seemed to be hung over from staying up over 24 hours before flight. Passenger drank, and tried to entice 3 male passenger in same row to have sex. Passenger continued to talk sexually explicit with those 3 gentlemen in same row. Passenger given written warning stating she had violated FARS, and must cease and desist. Federal and metropolitan-dade county met plane on arrival in miami.

Narrative: PAX SEATED IN MAIN CABIN HAD SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS, GLUTEN FREE. OFFERED CHOICE OF 3 ENTREES. PAX DID NOT BRING ANY FOOD FOR DIETARY NEEDS, DID NOT ORDER SPECIAL MEAL WHICH AIRLINE MAKES AVAILABLE TO ALL PAX. PAX GIVEN ENTREE AND TRAY SET-UP, CALLED TO FLT ATTENDANT WHO WAS AT ROW 40. PAX PROCEEDED TO THROW ENTIRE TRAY SET-UP AND HOT ENTREE, HITTING FLT ATTENDANT AND GETTING 15 PAX SCALDED AND BURNED FROM ENTREE. PAX HAD MANY DRUGS TO TAKE. PAX BECAME IRATE, SCREAMING SO ALL PAX BEHIND HER, APPROX 50, BECAME SCARED AND THOUGHT FLT ATTENDANT WAS BEING ASSAULTED AS PART OF A HIJACKING. PAX SEEMED TO BE HUNG OVER FROM STAYING UP OVER 24 HRS BEFORE FLT. PAX DRANK, AND TRIED TO ENTICE 3 MALE PAX IN SAME ROW TO HAVE SEX. PAX CONTINUED TO TALK SEXUALLY EXPLICIT WITH THOSE 3 GENTLEMEN IN SAME ROW. PAX GIVEN WRITTEN WARNING STATING SHE HAD VIOLATED FARS, AND MUST CEASE AND DESIST.
