Narrative:
Emergency declared, apparent fuel leak, return to base. On climb out, right wing quantity was decreasing at rapid rate when center tank fuel being used. Emergency declared and returned to mia. Overweight landing and taxi with fuel out of balance occurred and written up. No evidence of fuel leak when at gate.

Title: B737-800 CREW HAD AN APPARENT FUEL LEAK. THE CREW DECLARED AN EMER AND MADE AN OVERWT LNDG AT THE DEP ARPT.
Narrative: EMER DECLARED, APPARENT FUEL LEAK, RETURN TO BASE. ON CLBOUT, R WING QUANTITY WAS DECREASING AT RAPID RATE WHEN CTR TANK FUEL BEING USED. EMER DECLARED AND RETURNED TO MIA. OVERWT LNDG AND TAXI WITH FUEL OUT OF BAL OCCURRED AND WRITTEN UP. NO EVIDENCE OF FUEL LEAK WHEN AT GATE.
