Narrative:
After pushback from gate in ZZZ, crew noticed 'radio fan off' message on annunciator panel. Contacted maintenance coordinator via radio. Crew was instructed to pull and reset 2 circuit breakers (did not correct malfunction). We were then told to check 3 additional breakers, which were out. Maintenance instructed crew to reset breakers. Circuit breakers were not out prior to pushback. Malfunction was corrected and message 'radio fan off' was out. During climb out, flight attendants reported aft lavatory would not flush (the other was inoperative) and forward lavatory light would not illuminate. Contacted maintenance via radio, heard click, found aft fuel boost pump circuit breaker popped, then 1 cargo heat circuit breaker popped. Then 2 more cargo heat circuit breakers popped. None were reset. Leveled at FL260, maintenance recommended return to ZZZ. During return, crew was briefed for possible electrical fire/smoke and evacuate/evacuation. All other electrical indications were normal. Requested expedited handling from ATC. Normal landing and taxi to gate.
