Narrative:
Departed lax to iad climbing through about 10500 ft had to declare emergency due to light smoke in the cockpit. There were circuit breakers that had popped. We donned the oxygen masks. The smoke cleared and we landed back in lax uneventfully.

Title: A320 FLC DECLARED AN EMER AND RETURNED TO LAND AFTER OBSERVING SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT AND SEVERAL CIRCUIT BREAKERS POPPED.
Narrative: DEPARTED LAX TO IAD CLBING THROUGH ABOUT 10500 FT HAD TO DECLARE EMER DUE TO LIGHT SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT. THERE WERE CIRCUIT BREAKERS THAT HAD POPPED. WE DONNED THE OXYGEN MASKS. THE SMOKE CLRED AND WE LANDED BACK IN LAX UNEVENTFULLY.
