Narrative:
Confusion over the last note of the cdl about inspection of the aircraft secondary mount indicator. Flight crew reads that maintenance will verify secondary mount is secure. Maintenance reads that they will verify the mount security, but at regular scheduled inspection period of every 45 cycles per the airworthiness directive requirement. Until further clarification, maintenance will comply with an inspection of the mount at each crew (flight) change.

Title: A B737-200 CDL ON AFT ENG MOUNT SECONDARY INDICATOR CHK WAS FOUND CONFUSING. NOW CHK BY MAINT AMENDED TO VERY FLC CHANGE.
Narrative: CONFUSION OVER THE LAST NOTE OF THE CDL ABOUT INSPECTION OF THE ACFT SECONDARY MOUNT INDICATOR. FLC READS THAT MAINT WILL VERIFY SECONDARY MOUNT IS SECURE. MAINT READS THAT THEY WILL VERIFY THE MOUNT SECURITY, BUT AT REGULAR SCHEDULED INSPECTION PERIOD OF EVERY 45 CYCLES PER THE AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE REQUIREMENT. UNTIL FURTHER CLARIFICATION, MAINT WILL COMPLY WITH AN INSPECTION OF THE MOUNT AT EACH CREW (FLT) CHANGE.
