Narrative:

While flying a DA20 turbojet on an IFR flight into gky, arlington, tx, in the dallas metroplex, we were vectored south of gky and cleared for a visual. We canceled IFR and were cleared to advisory frequency. We called unicom for airport advisory and received no response. The wind off the ASOS was reported as 060 degrees at 7 KTS, favoring runway 34. Since we were south of the field, we established a 3 mi straight-in and made the appropriate calls. On short final at approximately 200 ft AGL, a C172 who was on final for runway 16, called they were going around. We continued the approach to landing and the cessna flew over us at approximately 200-300 ft.
