Narrative:
No ATIS at the time. Using runway 32. Planes taking off runway 32. Instructed to taxi runway 19 and intersection G, no hold short instructions. I assumed taxi on runway 19 and taxiway G to runway 32. When crossing the hold short yellow line for runway 19, realized that the runway in use had changed. The first plane was coming back to land at that time. Turned back 180 degrees to the taxiway, and called ground.
