Narrative:
On landing at boulder city airport (61B) runway 15, I accidentally raised the landing gear instead of the flaps. The mains were on the ground, so they did not retract. When I heard the propeller tick the ground, I pulled the yoke all the way back, raising the nose of the plane. Looking down at the gear lights, I saw the red light on. My hand was still on the gear lever. I returned the gear lever to the 'down' position, got the green light, and completed the landing. Since there was no vibration, I taxied to the tie-downs. The top 3-4 inches of all 3 propeller blades were bent back toward the cabin. The wind was from 200-210 degrees at 15-20 KTS.
