Narrative:
Starting at 10 mi, I made calls on unicom frequency at 5b2, saratoga springs, ny. Calls were made on downwind, base, and final. On final, crew saw gliders pushed off runway 23. Gliders and crews would not move more than 2 ft from edge of runway. 'Unicom will not answer radio calls from fractional aircraft.' this statement is the opinion of mr X of xyz flight services. He advised me that the gliders are a hazard and unicom operators hate fractional providers. He also stated that he needs help in improving the safety of the field. I witnessed gliders cutting pwred aircraft out of the final approach pattern twice. The lack of the unicom operator to make advisory announcements to landing aircraft is a hazard to safe operations. Help! When departing the airport, gliders are so close to the runway I was concerned with my safety and my jetblast disrupting their morning.
