Narrative:

Aircraft #1 reported turbulence at FL290 and asked what the rides were like lower. I asked aircraft #2 at FL280 and he said it was smooth. Aircraft #1 asked for FL270. I checked for other aircraft, did not see any data blocks that were a factor, and descended aircraft #1 to FL270. I had some data block overlap and was moderately busy. Aircraft #2 reported traffic on TCASII and that he had visual. I turned both aircraft 20 degrees right until separation was re-established.
