Narrative:
A buyer purchased a 1964 C150 from the estate of my father on aug/sat/02. I am the executor of his estate. This aircraft had a high time (2000+ hours) 0-200 engine. No pre-buy inspection of aircraft or lugs was performed. Just prior to the purchase on aug/thu/02, I performed a 100 hour inspection and in turn my ai performed an annual inspection and found the aircraft to be airworthy and so noted in logbooks. The aircraft was flown the previous 11 hours for primary instruction. I do not know what happened and to what extent the aircraft was damaged, if any. I'm told the pilot was alone and uninjured. From the above, I'm quite sure I will be accused of misrepresenting the aircraft condition. It was in airworthy condition when inspected and the purchaser flew plane away.
