Narrative:
My aircraft (#1) was executing a go around due to both glider runways being fouled. I had announced my intentions of the go around while turning final from base to final on unicom. Approximately mid field, the #2 aircraft asked 'what are you doing? Check your 3.' I replied, 'I am going around, the runways are occupied,' at the same time observing the yellow cub passing slightly below me to the right and a 90 degree angle approximately 100-200 ft. An uneventful landing was performed on the next approach. The tow planes at this airport use a nonstandard pattern entry from a midfield, or actually closer to the approach end of runway 8R. Overhead crosswind at 500 ft AGL, with a tight left turn onto the runway that is well inside and below the standard pattern for other aircraft using runway 8R. I believe the aircraft on the go around has the right-of-way in this situation as any aircraft in the pattern or on go around. Of course, this does not relieve him from being vigilant for other traffic. I believe further vigilance on the part of the aircraft entering the tow plane pattern could have avoided this incident, as well as alertness on the part of the go around aircraft to spot the situation sooner.

Title: PIPER PAWNEE PLT HAS NMAC WITH PIPER SUPER CUB AT UNCTLED ARPT.
Narrative: MY ACFT (#1) WAS EXECUTING A GAR DUE TO BOTH GLIDER RWYS BEING FOULED. I HAD ANNOUNCED MY INTENTIONS OF THE GAR WHILE TURNING FINAL FROM BASE TO FINAL ON UNICOM. I BELIEVE FURTHER VIGILANCE ON THE PART OF THE ACFT ENTERING THE TOW PLANE PATTERN COULD HAVE AVOIDED THIS INCIDENT, AS WELL AS ALERTNESS ON THE PART OF THE GAR ACFT TO SPOT THE SIT SOONER.
