Narrative:
When I preflted, the runway in use was runway 13 and I started to taxi. While taxiing and doing the run-up, the traffic switched to runway 31. After run-up, I called and waited for 3 aircraft to land on runway 31. The last call said they would wait for us to depart on runway 13 after the twin cessna landed. After the twin landed, I called and asked if anyone was final for runway 31. I did not get a response so I departed runway 13. When we were about 100-200 ft AGL, an aircraft aborted a landing from the other direction. I had already started a sidestep to the right for the other traffic I knew as in the pattern. We passed about 1/4 mi from each other at about 200 ft AGL.
