Narrative:

4 flts after the completion of an annual inspection and gear swing, the right gear collapsed during the landing rollout at ZZZ airport. During the inspection the up-locks were adjusted and tested per figure 32 of the service manual. On the flight involved, the pilot could not get the gear selector in the down detent. The gear could not be lowered at all unless considerable force was used. This force appears to have bent the ground safety selector lever over in the path of the gear selector. With the bent ground safety lever bent over, the gear selector could not be forced into the down and locked detent. The pilot did not notice this at the time, but had 3 green lights. On the landing rollout, the gear selector moved toward the up position and the right gear started to retract.

Title: THE PLT OF A NORTH AMERICAN NAVION DURING LNDG ROLLOUT, RPTED THAT THE R MAIN GEAR RETRACTED ON THE RWY. THIS WAS CAUSED BY A BENT GND SAFETY LEVER.

Narrative: 4 FLTS AFTER THE COMPLETION OF AN ANNUAL INSPECTION AND GEAR SWING, THE R GEAR COLLAPSED DURING THE LNDG ROLLOUT AT ZZZ ARPT. DURING THE INSPECTION THE UP-LOCKS WERE ADJUSTED AND TESTED PER FIGURE 32 OF THE SVC MANUAL. ON THE FLT INVOLVED, THE PLT COULD NOT GET THE GEAR SELECTOR IN THE DOWN DETENT. THE GEAR COULD NOT BE LOWERED AT ALL UNLESS CONSIDERABLE FORCE WAS USED. THIS FORCE APPEARS TO HAVE BENT THE GND SAFETY SELECTOR LEVER OVER IN THE PATH OF THE GEAR SELECTOR. WITH THE BENT GND SAFETY LEVER BENT OVER, THE GEAR SELECTOR COULD NOT BE FORCED INTO THE DOWN AND LOCKED DETENT. THE PLT DID NOT NOTICE THIS AT THE TIME, BUT HAD 3 GREEN LIGHTS. ON THE LNDG ROLLOUT, THE GEAR SELECTOR MOVED TOWARD THE UP POS AND THE R GEAR STARTED TO RETRACT.
