Narrative:
Rapid descent from 9000 ft MSL resulted in high airspeed in keeping with ATC order to 'keep speed up.' heavy traffic congestion distraction my usual approach to land process. Tower did not see my wheels were up. My gear warning system failed. I landed gear up.
