Narrative:
My aircraft lost the r-hand alternator en route. I notified fwa ATC, and proceeded to eye for landing. On final at eye, another unknown aircraft turned in front of me. I was flying the lower aircraft on final, executed a 360 degree turn and landed behind the aircraft. After the other aircraft cleared the runway, I taxied in and reset r-hand alternator. All system checked ok. I was notified by unknown person to, 'call ZID.' I departed eye, destination duh. I attempted radio contact with ind approach/departure. No radio contact. I proceeded VFR in good WX to duh. I had dual alternator failure 25 mi from duh. I landed at duh safely. No damage, no injuries. I should have called ZID by phone at eye. I should have had the electrical system checked by a certified mechanic. I did call ZID, toledo ATC, and lan FSS immediately after landing at toledo suburban airport, duh, to report the event.
