Narrative:

Passing about FL190 during climb with first officer flying, there was a loud 'bang' with EPR's immediately going to zero and egt 'pegged' in the red on the right engine. We accomplished company engine failure, southeast approach, landing and normal descent and approach and before landing checklists, briefed the purser, briefed the passenger. During this time declared an emergency with ATC center. ATC center, approach, and tower were all very cooperative and helpful. WX had improved at ZZZ so that a visual approach and landing to runway 30 from a left downwind could be flown. Landed without further incident. At first, I thought there was no emergency response for us since we could see none during approach. Upon runway turn off, several vehicles could be seen following us down the runway. First officer and captain team performed extremely well and with great professionalism.
