Narrative:

On dec/tue/01, I on logged a 'G' confign T-4 rotating airseal to an lpt module X. Part number of airseal was 51n038 and the serial number was X. All the newly on logged parts were 'G' confign, so I followed suit. It turned out that the 5TH stage disk was left on the module not off logged and it was 'F confign. The inspector prior to me that on logged the 1ST configured part should have checked for proper confign but he didn't.
