Narrative:

Bird strike just after liftoff runway 17 at grr. Did not feel any impacts. Shortly thereafter, we noticed a humming noise and a slight vibration in the floor. Continued to level off at 12000 ft and when power was reduced, humming and vibration almost imperceptible. All engine parameters were normal. Contacted dispatch and maintenance and we all agreed to continue to destination. Vibration returned on final with a higher power setting. Postflt inspection revealed a bird strike in #2 engine which had bent the tips of 3 blades. No other damage noted.
