Worked on replacing the bb axis seal on #1 engine agb, and mistakenly left out an o-ring that goes on the bb axis seal, which caused a loss of oil and engine oil pressure.

Title: A SAAB 340 SHUT DOWN #1 ENG INFLT AND RETURNED TO THE FIELD DUE TO LOSS OF OIL QUANTITY AND PRESSURE. CAUSED BY MISSING ANGLE GEAR BOX SEAL.
Narrative: WORKED ON REPLACING THE BB AXIS SEAL ON #1 ENG AGB, AND MISTAKENLY LEFT OUT AN O-RING THAT GOES ON THE BB AXIS SEAL, WHICH CAUSED A LOSS OF OIL AND ENG OIL PRESSURE.
